⏲️ Multi Timer
Run several independent countdown timers at once — name each one, set its duration, and get a beep alarm plus a desktop notification when time is up. No installation, no sign-in, works entirely in your browser.
About
Multi Timer lets you track several tasks in parallel without switching tabs or apps. Add as many named timers as you need — each one runs its own countdown independently. When a timer reaches zero it plays a short beep tone (generated in the browser via the Web Audio API) and fires a desktop notification so you are alerted even if the tab is in the background. Every timer has its own start, pause, and reset controls. Nothing is sent to a server; all state lives in your browser.
How to use
- Click "Add Timer" to create a new timer and type a name for it (e.g. "Pasta", "Laundry").
- Set the hours, minutes, and seconds for that timer using the time inputs.
- Press Start on each timer you want to run — timers count down independently of each other.
- When a timer finishes, a beep alarm sounds and a desktop notification appears. Click Reset to reuse the timer.
- Add more timers at any time or remove ones you no longer need — there is no limit on the number of timers.
FAQ
- How many timers can I run at once?
- There is no hard limit. You can add and run as many named timers as you need at the same time.
- Will I get notified if I switch to another tab?
- Yes. When a timer ends, a desktop notification fires even if the tab is in the background — just allow notifications when prompted.
- Can I pause a timer and resume it later?
- Yes. Each timer has a Pause button that freezes the remaining time, and a Start button to resume from exactly where it left off.
- Does the timer keep running if I close the tab?
- No. Timers run in the browser tab, so closing the tab stops them. Keep the tab open (it can be in the background) to receive alarms.
- Is this tool free and does it require an account?
- Completely free, no account or sign-in required. Open the page and start using it immediately.
